1 Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the trip
Terms & Conditions
- Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days in advance and the booking confirmation will match these numbers.
- Any additional tickets booked within 7 days of my trip and after I have confirmed final numbers will be subject to availability and will be charged at the full retail price.
- The group booked may not have the sole use of the boat and seats are allocated on a first come first served basis.
- A risk assessment must be done prior to the trip and made available to Broads Tours on request.
- Payment must be made in full by card or BACS 7 days prior to the trip. If an account has been approved then payment must be made for all tickets confirmed 7 days before departure.
- Unless the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the trip date, you will be responsible for the payment in full.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission to the boat of any person or persons as they see fit.
- The management is not liable for death, personal injury or loss or damage to myself or my property.
- The management reserves the right to cancel or change the times of the trip in the event of unsuitable weather conditions, repairs being needed, flooding or any other unavoidable cause.
